By accessing our website (TubeAccelerator.com) and participating in the Tube Accelerator Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully.
1. Program Description The Tube Accelerator Program is an educational and training service offered by Above Par Training Technologies LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). Upon successful payment, you will receive:

- Weekly Group Coaching Calls
- One-Year Access to TubeMagic Automation Software
- Dedicated Messaging Support with coaches
- Access to Private Community for Networking and Support
- Lifetime access to future program updates
- Onboarding Strategy Call
- Custom YouTube Automation Gameplan
- Access to Call Recordings and Resource Vault
- Access to Tube Accelerator Content Team
- Additionally, exclusive video creation services are available to members starting at $100 per video.
2. Payments We have programs ranging from $5K-25K, payable via Kajabi Payments. Program access is contingent upon successful payment processing. We reserve the right to revoke access if payments fail or are disputed.
3. Access & Cancellation Policy Program access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Non-payment or defaulting on agreed payment plans results in loss of access to program materials, coaching, software, community, and any additional bonuses or services.Additional services like masterminds or 1:1 consulting are available at additional costs.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality All content, including materials, videos, software, and strategies provided through Tube Accelerator are the intellectual property of Above Par Training Technologies LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Disclaimer & Liability The Tube Accelerator Program provides educational content only. We do not offer financial or investment advice. Results depend on your actions and implementation efforts. Above Par Training Technologies LLC bears no responsibility or liability for your outcomes, successes, or failures resulting from participation in the program.
6. Privacy Your personal information will be kept confidential, secure, and will not be sold or shared externally. By enrolling in the program, you consent to receive relevant communications from TubeAccelerator.com and Above Par Training Technologies LLC.7.
Refund Policy All program purchases are final and non-refundable, except under the terms outlined in the $10,000 Guarantee below.
8. Tube Accelerator $10,000 Guarantee We offer a conditional money-back guarantee: If you do not earn at least $10,000 USD within 6 months following your enrollment, you may request a refund, provided all the following conditions are met:
- You consistently purchased and uploaded at least two (2) videos per week from our content team.
- You attended and actively participated (asked at least one question) in all weekly group coaching calls.
- You maintained active community engagement at least five (5) times per week.
- Failure to meet any of these conditions voids your eligibility for this guarantee.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment By using TubeAccelerator.com and enrolling in our program, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions voluntarily and fully.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to periodically review and accept these terms when using our website and services.
